Needless to say, I’ll keep you updated on what transpires in the future with both Rocky and Rambo as I’ve been there since the beginning with both and adore both of them. Let’s hope they do it Justice with the love and respect that the character deserves. Statham won’t be doing the character though of Barney Ross though as he has his own but to see someone else portray Rambo will be a tough pill to swallow. I can hear the screams of die hard fans as we speak. So just like Stallone passing the torch to Jason Statham in the next Expendables entry, we will see a newer, younger actor take on Rambo. But what they want to do is a modern-day story where I pass the torch. I wanted to do it like a Ken Burns documentary on Vietnam, where you drop young Rambo in there, and he’s this outgoing guy, football captain, and then you see why he becomes Rambo. In regards to Rambo, Stallone was more positive that we’ll see the action hero again although not how you think.
